If you have been the victim of rape or sexual abuse, however far back in the past, you may find yourself struggling to come to terms with aspects of your life.

You’ve done nothing wrong.  In fact, you are the person who has been wronged, and yet you may find yourself experiencing feelings of guilt, shame, isolation, fear, grief and anger.

Just talking to someone who will listen to you with understanding, respect and kindness, is often the first step to feeling believed, understood and able to move forward with your life.
